Overview: We are looking for smart and efficient Office managers to work with our different clients based in UK. This job offers Sponsorship to successful applicants
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
To have experience in working within a multi-cultural environment and demonstrating a commitment to Equal Opportunities towards both staff and young people placed with the organisation, and foster parents.
To have a clear understanding of office health and safety and systems. To have an understanding of computers and word processing packages. To also have a good typing speed.
To demonstrate a good telephone manner, and an ability to deal with queries from both callers and colleagues. Experience of working with a regularly inspected organisation and complying with policies and procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
Doing reception duties such as welcoming visitors or showing customers around
Helping people who need care and support to find the right care services for them
Managing the diary of management staff
Arranging and supporting meetings including preparing agendas and writing minutes
Ensuring the delivery of high-quality care
Meeting the standards set by regulatory bodies
Building relationships with residents
Recruiting and supervising staff
Delivering training to staff
Building partnerships with other community organisations
Supporting resident's families
Coordinating activities for residents
Qualifications Needed: Previous experience as a manager or assistant managers or any related fields. minimum undergraduate level of education.

Pay: £38,900.00-£42,000.00 per year
